The City of Bethel Heights has two Wastewater Treatment facilities, one located on Lincoln Street and one located on Oak Street. Both treatment facilities have open fields that are utilized to disperse treated sewer from the residents and businesses of Bethel Heights. The drip fields are not for public use or recreational activities. Please be advised that the fields have some surfacing of treated sewer as well as wildlife and geese droppings. Please stay off the drip fields.

City Parks

Bethel Heights Parks

There are two city parks available for the public’s enjoyment.

The cities first park is located at 530 Sunrise Drive.
There you will find a play area equipped with swings, slides, and spring motion equipment. A pavilion with picnic tables and a bar-b-que grill is also available for your enjoyment.

Bowen Park is located at 4322 North Oak Street.
There you will find a large play area equipped with swings, slides, and spring motion equipment. The park is also equipped with fitness/workout equipment as well as a walking trail. There is a large pavilion with picnic tables and bar-b-que grills.

The pavilions are available for the public use. If you are wishing to use the park pavilion for a private event please see the Pavilion Rental Information Tab for additional information.
